We have two relatives living here. From touring to move in they have been helpful, considerate and flexible. Both relatives have been there for 6months and 2 months respectively. The care has been excellent and considerate. Any issues have been handled quickly and appropriately. The food is good and selections are plentiful. Clean and very sufficient space. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Residents appear happy and engaged. Sister in law has been quite happy and is very hard to please especially when it comes to food. The food is very good and plenty of choices

It seems the staff actually "enjoy" working there. Love that it is all on 1 level and the interior hallway around the building

If I were choosing a place for myself, this is would be my choice. It is small, has lovely grounds and all amenities of the bigger places. The staff were all very pleasant and interacted well with the residents. It is affordable, clean and “homey”.
The sales staff and OT are 5 stars. Had a slight miscommunication with nursing but we were able to get it fixed. I'm in CA my brother is at the facility in IL. He seems to be happy there although he is still very weak and has not engaged in any activities.
The atmosphere was very welcoming. No matter what time I visited the staff was very friendly Mom enjoyed her stay teared up when it was time to leave. She said they were very good to her. Looking forward to future stays.
All get a 5. The place is bright and friendly. Both staff and residents seem to enjoy being there. We would absolutely recommend Charter Senior Living to other families based on the experience so far.
