Staff is great, can't speak for anyone else, haven't heard of any staff problem. They all seem to care, very helpful and patient with residents. Food seems great, no complaints from mom, she has gained weight there so I'm guessing she's eating well. They really didn't get involved with the move in, if we needed anything they were very helpful. Communication is very good and housekeeping is excellent.

Rooms are kept clean, the staff is caring and kind. Mom says the food is delicious, the menu is varied and if you don't want what's being served, there's a menu from which to order. Moving mom went smoothly and she loved it from the start. I have recommended Cedar Creek to friends and family who are needing a place for their parents. It's pet friendly, too!

My grandma is currently a resident at Cedar Creek of Shiloh and the experience has been great. The staff treats my grandma like their own family. She has a bond and a connection with them. They guided us through a big transition in her life. She loves the food, the activities and how clean everything is. I would definitely recommend Cedar Creek of Shiloh to friends and family!
My mom is very happy with her new living arrangement at Cedar Creek of Shiloh. Everything has been great! She says that the food is excellent and that all of the staff are very friendly and accommodating.
It's been a great experience. Very welcoming and comfortable well taken care of facility. The food and dining is very good. They provide activities such as; Day trips , live entertainment, puzzles, movies laundry service, weekly apartment cleaning, and personal help.
In the short time that we've experienced Cedar Creek of Shiloh, we've found it to be a really nice place. The staff is very friendly, and they keep the place nice and clean. I'm satisfied with the service so far.
We love Cedar Creek of Shiloh. It was a very easy process getting my mom in there and getting her set up. Everyone was extremely helpful to make sure all of our questions were answered. And her needs are all being met.
Cedar Creek of Shiloh was great. They're very diligent and very caring. If you have any issues, they're handled quickly. They transported my mom to physician appointments, which was good. She had to go to the hospital a couple of times, and they handled things appropriately - they communicated well with me, and they transferred her back and forth with no issues. They had activities every single day. I had no real complaints. One area for improvement is their internet access is very poor.
I would recommend this community. The sales rep was new and we were new to looking at a place and in a bit of a rush when making the decision. I feel like if we had some different factors things may have went a little different. It was not the smoothest transition for us and our loved one. The staff are friendly and there is a new nurse in charge also that came in new around the same time as us and things were still being straightened out.
