Cedar Creek of Shiloh was great. They're very diligent and very caring. If you have any issues, they're handled quickly. They transported my mom to physician appointments, which was good. She had to go to the hospital a couple of times, and they handled things appropriately - they communicated well with me, and they transferred her back and forth with no issues. They had activities every single day. I had no real complaints. One area for improvement is their internet access is very poor.

I would recommend this community. The sales rep was new and we were new to looking at a place and in a bit of a rush when making the decision. I feel like if we had some different factors things may have went a little different. It was not the smoothest transition for us and our loved one. The staff are friendly and there is a new nurse in charge also that came in new around the same time as us and things were still being straightened out.

We chose Morningside of Shiloh because of the affordability, the friendliness of the management, and it was shaped rectangular, so she could not get lost. They had a better value for the money compared to some others that we looked into. She had a nice big room with a private bathroom. The only issue we had was the temperature, sometimes it was too hot or cold for her. I think the management staff was pretty responsive, but we did have some issues with the night time staff. I think it is a really good place. Right now they are experiencing a lot of turn over in staff. Room sizes and layout of the community is wonderful. They have an outdoor courtyard for residents to use. My mom is not too fond of the food.

My mother has been living at Morningside of Shiloh for the past 6 years. It was the best decision to move her there, as she's happy. The administrator, [name removed], is fantastic. She is definitely a people person and takes great care of the residents. [Name removed] is very approachable and if you have a concern, she gets it resolved quickly. Greetings To All Considering Morningside of Shiloh, As a family member of one of the long time residents, I thought it could be helpful to provide an observer perspective. My mother has lived at the facility for 4+ years and she LOVES it at Morningside! The rooms are kept very clean and the community is always well taken care of. The staff was very helpful with my dietary needs and helped me get the nutrition i needed. I enjoy taking part in the chair exercises and the different activities that are offered . They allow pets so I was able to bring my cat whom i adore . Overall its a great place to live .

I really like this community. it was one of my top picks. Everybody was nice and friendly. This community looked great, but I didn't like the fact it was so big. I felt it was to big for father, and he wouldn't feel comfortable. Also it was 500 dollars more than other community we were considering. I just couldn't justify the extra $500 they were charging. It is a lovely community with kind people. My tour was nice.

This was my first community we toured. We did like that there was a nurse present most of the time. I felt there could have been a more formal place to meet and talk. We were in the dining room and I felt the woman was distracted as if we were keeping her from something or home.
