****** was one of the best account managers I have ever worked with, he was true to his word.
I have never dealt with a company that was so personable and worried about saving me money! Thankfully with my account managers help I was able to take all the overages off my bill and provide enough money in savings to open another location. Going wholesale was my best decision I made in 2023! I never have any issues getting in touch with my account manager.Just wanted to express how grateful I am!

Its remarkable this company is still in business and that the federal government has not shut it down. This was a 45 day nightmare. Starts with sales department. A very good con man if i say so myself, has an answer for everything and promises he can save you all kinds of money in fees an on an on. Contract signed O boy here we go!!!!!!! Scammers. They keep calling my business claiming to represent my credit card processor and wanting to "fix my overcharges." When pressed on of they actually are affiliated with my processor, they hang up on me.
We are a very small business that was misled into signing a new contract with *************, *****************************. These 3 businesses are predatory and deceptive. ***** ****** from ********* called my cell to say our POS Clover system is outdated and offered a NEW replacement. I told her it was ok to send it. We run a small business in **. Received a call regarding an upgrade for our card marchine. (Mind you we were notified by our current card reader service *** that we were due for an upgrade earlier this year.) The woman who called said she was from "merchant services" and made it sound like they were the upgrade that we were expecting and she would be handling our account moving forward. ****************************. ******* says she's from ***************** and claimed we've been over-charging our customers. What? The charges are for exactly the amount of the invoices. She tries to sound threatening and insisting I give her my Merchant Acct numbers, Full name, banking and mailing information. I seriously hope these people don't find someone gullible enough to give them all this personal information. If they were in fact from *****************, they would have all that information already.
Complete crooks!! Lied about everything and tried to steal money from our account after we dropped their service.
