****** was one of the best account managers I have ever worked with, he was true to his word.
I have never dealt with a company that was so personable and worried about saving me money! Thankfully with my account managers help I was able to take all the overages off my bill and provide enough money in savings to open another location. Going wholesale was my best decision I made in 2023! I never have any issues getting in touch with my account manager.Just wanted to express how grateful I am!

We run a small business in **. Received a call regarding an upgrade for our card marchine. (Mind you we were notified by our current card reader service *** that we were due for an upgrade earlier this year.) The woman who called said she was from "merchant services" and made it sound like they were the upgrade that we were expecting and she would be handling our account moving forward. ****************************. ******* says she's from ***************** and claimed we've been over-charging our customers. What? The charges are for exactly the amount of the invoices. She tries to sound threatening and insisting I give her my Merchant Acct numbers, Full name, banking and mailing information. I seriously hope these people don't find someone gullible enough to give them all this personal information. If they were in fact from *****************, they would have all that information already.
Complete crooks!! Lied about everything and tried to steal money from our account after we dropped their service.

This company should be investigated. Their entire process is a SCAM!!!!!! There has to be some way to stop these people from stealing from companies that are just trying to stay in business.
CHELLECOMM is the worst company I have dealt with in 46 years of being in business processing credit cards. They will call you and represent themselves as a company that is trying to save your processing fees that you are over charged. They misrepresent themselves totally and payments hub should never associate with this trash. Read other complaints and the list from the ******************************* records and believe me they are all true.
