This company phoned my business today and stated that they were a global company that oversees credit card fraud. I had been overcharged by the company that handles my credit card processing and they needed information from my most recent statement in order to help me with the overcharges. I stated that I needed to do research, asked for their number and terminated the call. My credit card processor agreed the info was deceitful and the caller was most likely looking for information. The man said there were some overages charged to my by **** and Mastercard and I needed to pull out my August statement to go over it with him so he could help me get a refund and stop the overages. Just received a phone call from ChelleComm area code 469 number ******** posing as a ********************************** representative. He said he was calling to verify some over charges on my ***** *********************** statement and he could help me process the refund.
