If I could give Cherokee Hospital for Animals 10 stars I would. We have been bringing our fur babies here ever since we moved here 22 years. Everyone from the doctors, the techs, and the staff out front are amazing. Always super helpful and always have time to answer questions or a give hug and a shoulder to cry on when we had to say goodbye to one of our babies. A special shout out to Dr. Robin Simpkins, Angela, Mary, Rachel and “Aunt” Whitney.
This is a great vet. This is the 3rd dog I have used the vet for. They are great about working me in when I call and need an appointment. The waiting time is reasonable and not to long for anxious animals. The staff are professional and very nice. I trust them for my dogs vet needs.
I was debating on reviewing , but every single person I have talked to about this place has been robbed. They wanted to charge me $600+ for a biopsy whenever our current veterinarian office did it for $38 in house and did a whole tumor removal procedure for $656. Not to mention the staff were so scared of my dog that they would barely go near her and would not take her as a grooming client. Save your money and patience for a place who cares more about your pet than money.
I have been taking my 3yr old miniature schnauzer rescue, Emme Lee here for over a year now with no complaints. The waiting room is spacious and desk personal, very sweet and helpful. The veterinarians are knowledgeable, very nice and don't push you to get unnecessary services. They ask questions and take their time with you and your pet for I never feel rushed. I highly recommend this practice . They also have a grooming service on premises plus full boarding
These folks are truly amazing and genuinely care about my sweet babies. They also ensure I feel heard when raising questions or concerns. They are so amazing and go above and beyond to ensure the health and safety of my sweet cats!
