Appointment was very rushed. Seemed annoyed I asked questions. Exam was rough and felt like she was trying to be done as quickly as possible.

Horrible experience with Bonnie. Went in for my first visit to confirm pregnancy. Spoke down to me, spoke over me, laughed at the questions I had…. Asked why I didn’t have ectopic pregnancy as a concern (like I need one more item to add to my list of fears!) when asked about foods to avoid (including lunch meat) she said “you can get listeria and the baby could die!” Terrible experience. Unprofessional & abrupt attitude. Towards the end of the appointment she made it seem like I was ‘wasting her time.’ Will not be seeing this provider again.

One of the poorest experiences I’ve had with a healthcare provider. Her personality is very abrasive, she interrupts you while you’re talking, and she speaks down to you like you’re a child. I was literally in tears because of the way she was speaking to me. I do not recommend seeing her.

Unacceptable Treatment and Negligence

I was a patient of Beth’s for 5 years. As long as I’ve been in her care, she’s known I struggled with heavy painful periods and off-cycle pain/bleeding. You’d think as a women’s specialist she would consider that a women’s issue may be at foot, but instead told me “You should consider that your boyfriend may be sleeping with other people because these sound like the symptoms of an STI.” I have never felt so disrespected and unheard by a practitioner. All I can say is, this woman is in the wrong profession. Does she didn’t show any compassion, and came across as very rude. If I could rate less than 1 Star, I would do just that.
