Words can't describe how awful this visit was, I honestly can't believe it even happened. I have never felt compelled to write a review for a doctor but PLEASE do not see her! I had some very serious concerns that she completely dismissed & not gently, she actually said "yeah, yeah, yeah" and waved her hand at me! I've never been treated this way by a regular person much less my DOCTOR! She refused to order basic blood tests or even look at the areas on my body I was concerned about. I couldn't get in to see my regular provider unless I waited a month, so I was given an appointment with Beth Carney. It was terrible. It was my first prenatal provider visit. She was dismissive of my questions, and when I asked her if she'd like to see my prenatal vitamins (I had brought them) she waived her hand at me, and said "as long as (I'd) purchased them in the US they were probably fine." I wish i couldn’t leave any stars!!! Cause she’s not even deserving of that. Absolute worst experience of my life!! I’m almost 40 and I have been to enough doctors in my lifetime and i have never wanted to smack a person as bad As I wanted to smack her! She was absolutely rude. She was more interested in my personal life than my health. The appt took less than 10 mins. First time i ever saw her!!! I was having back cramps at 27 weeks pregnant and saw the first available doctor who happened to be Bonnie. She discounted my pain as being sciatica and told me to stretch everyday. I pushed back and told her this is worse than sciatica, so she prescribed me muscle relaxers. Two days later I was at the hospital in early labor. If she had taken the time to listen to my concerns and hook me up to a fetal monitor, my premature birth may have been avoided. I do not believe that Dr. Atkins takes his patients nor their concerns seriously. I was in need of a colposcopy following a reoccurring, very concerning pap. He talked about random things, more social than professional. I did not feel that anything got accomplished with my visit. I had to reschedule a week later with a different member of the practice.

I questioned Beth about what hormone causes night sweats during my cycle and she said rudely “how am I supposed to know?” Sorry for assuming you were a knowledgeable professional! Really an ignorant and rude woman.

Do notttt go to Beth Carney. I have never written a review in my life. But I had to share how very bad my experience was in hopes that others won’t have to feel the way I did after leaving my appt. Not one time did she ask how I was feeling, she rushed through my appt like the building was on fire, snapping back abrupt answers as if my questions were inconveniencing her. She is not only rude, but hostile, condescending, and unprofessional. Shocking that she is employed

I would give him 0 stars if I could. He horrible to me and told me it was my fault I was in pain with endometriosis. He rufused to listen to me and I felt he was sexist!
