Called and got right in with my dog. After being misdiagnosed and waiting long periods in other local vets when no one else is in their office we decided to try a new vet. We couldn't be happier! We got right in and vet was very knowledgeable, our pet got some meds and we were on our way.
Have a Pomeranian with two laxated patella's. Dr. V took me on as a new patient, explained the genetic defect, and scheduled me for surgery. First surgery went outstanding and at a price far less than the other two specialized vets in town. My baby is recovering well and so far my first few visits I love the clinic, staff, and Dr. V.
When you wake up and your pup has a limp prior to you leaving town, you may be like me and need to take her to a vet. Cheyenne Tonopah was able to take a call ahead appointment for that afternoon with great customer service on the phone. We had never been to them yet but I went based off reviews and proximity. Dr. V has been our vet since I was a teenager for about 25 years. This means multiple pets cared for over the years. I recommend him to everyone. Dr. V doesn't try to upsell you on anything extra for your pet. He will give you all of our options and help you decide what is best for you. Super caring and trustworthy. I can't say good enough things. Note - they are under construction and you may not see the vet face to face right now but you can call with any questions.
Staff is very friendly and attentive. The vet and techs all treated my kitten very kindly and were also very gentle with her during her check-up and while giving her vaccinations.
They were not our usual vet they treated us like we were. Our cat was sick and they helped us with a tough decision. They were sweet and compassionate. I highly recommend them.
This is the best vet place! My boys get the best treatment here and they are always so kind and helpful. Thank you guys for all you do!
I've been coming to this vet for years and always enjoyed bringing my pup there. I had stopped going since they weren't allowing anyone in their office due to Covid and then a remodel. So I found a different vet that was just ok. Now Cheyenne Tonopah is letting parents in with their babies. So after a two year absence, I was In Yesterday and my baby had his teeth cleaned. Me and my wife have never received anything short of exceptional service from Dr. V and the entire staff at this location. Our female Rottweiler "Shelby" suffered a snake bite a while back and even on a fixed income, they were able to offer us solutions to make sure she received the best care possible. Shelby loved going here so much that she would actually leap in the car when we puled up to the parking lot!
