The front desk lady is rude. The other employees are very nice and friendly.
Do NOT take your child here. Chief complaint: persistent vomiting How the Dr examined my child: by asking him to jump (among a battery of other routine tests that didn’t even include temp or BP) First of all, the bathroom is behind a locked door and while my 16yo was vomiting every 20 minutes, he had to ask permission every time to get to the bathroom. Called hours ahead to make an appointment at their earliest opening. Arrived on time and waited over an hour. They brushed it off as “probably viral like covid,” and we had to ask for testing. At this point, they announced that test results would take 24 to 36 hours. The medical professional was rushed and seemed uncomfortable working with a kid. We left with a crying child and no answers. We will not be back and strongly encourage others to avoid as well.

First time I came here, service was great. The doctor came and saw my little one and we were out in 30 mins max. Dr also listened to our concerns and didn’t seem to be in a rush. This time though. We had a totally different experience. Doctor or I think more like a nurse, took forever to come even when there was no one. She came and didn’t even check our baby well. Worst experience ever. Staff and doctors are not interested to work in this location. They just make us wait for long time in lobby and then move us to a room and make us wait there. Solv app is showing how many walk-in and how many prebooked and came. It was not crowded or busy as per their app too. But we were made to wait for longer hours and eventually we came out of the room without seeing doctor because doctor was not coming.
