Dr tested first and asked to go for stitches or glue and we mentioned glue but she don't forced to go for stitches and gave 5 min of time. We decided to go for glue only and then she come back and said it's already started recovering back so she can't able to do glue and asked us to leave. How that will be started recovery in less than 5 min after she tested and asked us to decide either one stitches or glue?

Educate PA to get a second opinion from a colleague when they are not certain what is causing the symptom instead of automatically prescribing antibiotics

Disappointing and stressful experience at this facility last week. The doctor and the nurse came in to the room and announced they were "tag teaming" together. While the doctor was loud and direct with my son asking questions, the nurse proceeded to ask me a series of questions at the same time all in the same small patient room. It was uncomfortable. The front desk lady was very rude last night to me I feel like she could of been more friendlier in explaining things about my out of state insurance but she wasn’t she was very rude and I told her I care about my son being taken care of I can pay it so I feel she could of been more friendlier it’s the girl that had dark lipstick brown hair she was RUDE never coming back!!!!!

The whole process seemed rushed. There weren’t any other patients. I’ve been to this location since I’ve moved in the area, there are some nurses & doctors that care. And then there are others who don’t. Last nights staff did not. What a complete waste of time.

Do NOT take your child here. Chief complaint: persistent vomiting How the Dr examined my child: by asking him to jump (among a battery of other routine tests that didn’t even include temp or BP) First of all, the bathroom is behind a locked door and while my 16yo was vomiting every 20 minutes, he had to ask permission every time to get to the bathroom. Called hours ahead to make an appointment at their earliest opening. Arrived on time and waited over an hour. They brushed it off as “probably viral like covid,” and we had to ask for testing. At this point, they announced that test results would take 24 to 36 hours. The medical professional was rushed and seemed uncomfortable working with a kid. We left with a crying child and no answers. We will not be back and strongly encourage others to avoid as well.
