The doctor was fine, but when we went to leave all the lights were off and we had to walk through the dark to get out of the building. It was like the staff couldn’t wait for us to get out of there. The nurse had her bag on her shoulder and was waiting. It just made y’all look bad, like you didn’t take time on my kid. Especially when you just said “it doesn’t look like a fracture, follow up with ortho on Monday” and didn’t do anything else for it.

Unfortunately I’ve visited twice - ear infection & stitches. Both times I was seen right away. In & out in under a hour!

Doctor didn’t diagnosed properly when we visited for Fever, Vomitting, stomach bug. She just gave a pill to stop vomit and asked to consult Pediatrics.

We came in after our child had been running fever, severe nasal/sinus congestion, unable eat/drink due to nausea, and had a sore throat so bad that I told the nurse he was not able to sleep the past few nights. The physician came in for less than 2 minutes, checked his throat said he would return after checking the strep test. He stuck his head in, said it’s negative and y’all are ok to go. Dr tested first and asked to go for stitches or glue and we mentioned glue but she don't forced to go for stitches and gave 5 min of time. We decided to go for glue only and then she come back and said it's already started recovering back so she can't able to do glue and asked us to leave. How that will be started recovery in less than 5 min after she tested and asked us to decide either one stitches or glue?

Educate PA to get a second opinion from a colleague when they are not certain what is causing the symptom instead of automatically prescribing antibiotics
