Very fast check-in, Nurse Sam was very efficient and the doc was in asap. She took care of my son’s corneal abrasion and talked him through the entire process so that he was comfortable. In and out in less than an hour. Thank you very much PM.

The doctor was fine, but when we went to leave all the lights were off and we had to walk through the dark to get out of the building. It was like the staff couldn’t wait for us to get out of there. The nurse had her bag on her shoulder and was waiting. It just made y’all look bad, like you didn’t take time on my kid. Especially when you just said “it doesn’t look like a fracture, follow up with ortho on Monday” and didn’t do anything else for it.
