We love the front office staff and always appreciate their help. However, we have had multiple difficult experiences with the doctor who works on Tuesdays. She can be very rough and rude with the children, and her approach with parents is unprofessional. This is not the first time this has happened with this same doctor. Because of this, we have decided to no longer schedule any appointments on Tuesdays.

The nurse and PA were great. The front office receptionist /nurse is not friendly and difficult to engage with. When a parent is in a stressed state w a child with injury or illness, facing that makes you want to go elsewhere. She does seem knowledgeable and hardworking.
