This was my 3rd experience there. We have had Dr. Pierre every time and I love her more each time. She is very patient and kind. We never wait long as walk ins. I could not be more pleased.

We were told our daughter had an ear infection and needed antibiotics 2x daily and she never once had complained of pain. I was skeptical because she wasn’t having any symptoms and her fever broke on its own and never came back. She had never had an ear infection before, so we followed up with our pediatrician the next day and she said there was no sign of ear infection at all and the antibiotics were not necessary.

El día de ayer lleve a mi hija porque se lesionó un debido del pie , nos hicieron esperar mas de 2 hras para que ni nos dijeran qué tipo de lesión tenia, ni siquiera vino el doctor@ a verla, si no le enfermera, y solo le puso una bota en el pie qué ni siquiera es del pie corrwcto y ni instrucciones nos dio, ni medicamento, ni dijo que tenia, solo dijo que la lleváramos a otro ese c ialista, sin informe de paciente, sin resultados de los x ray que le hicieron, pagamos 85 dls por ese servicio tan desgradable...

My daughter’s ear infection was completely missed by the provider who performed her physical exam. She needs antibiotics, which were not provided. This was a complete misdiagnosis that cost our family over $150 and time. This is medical negligence.

My son had an infection on his arm that seemed to be spreading quickly and being on a Friday night I wanted him to start meds ASAP. The check in process was easy. However, there seemed to be only one provider there for a Friday evening. So, we waited for 2 hours before being seen. The provider was SO kind and comforting to my son. However, it was a PA. So, by the time I got to the pharmacy at 11pm to pick up meds, they couldn’t be filled because they needed to be approved by a supervising physician from the urgent care. And ... read more

Took my toddler to get tested for covid and flu, as we have high risk members in the household. They told us the results would be available next day. It has been close to 48 hrs with no results… called them and was told they are sorry the lab is closed. Great

I made an apt for 0645, filled out all paperwork online, I arrived and wasnt seen until 0740, then a 5 min visit with the doctor, no labs fone, no meds given, another hour then was discharge. Left at 0845. I wasnt given any paperwork. Was told it was online. I checked mychart and its not there. Wasn't given any instructions on where to get it. Wasn't given an excuse for work to keep my sick child out of daycare. I asked receptionist and she was rude about it. Said the doctor should of gave me one. She ended up giving me one ... read more

Worse experience, Dr didn’t want give my child prescription cough medicine. Telling me all medicine is bad for the child it damage their heart. Then why are the store are selling it . If she don’t want prescribe medicine for kids. Then she dont need to be working there at all if a child is ill. After I told her my twin’s cough is worse in night every medication over the counter is not working. One my kid was there last week still coughing bad.
