I made an apt for 0645, filled out all paperwork online, I arrived and wasnt seen until 0740, then a 5 min visit with the doctor, no labs fone, no meds given, another hour then was discharge. Left at 0845. I wasnt given any paperwork. Was told it was online. I checked mychart and its not there. Wasn't given any instructions on where to get it. Worse experience, Dr didn’t want give my child prescription cough medicine. Telling me all medicine is bad for the child it damage their heart. Then why are the store are selling it . If she don’t want prescribe medicine for kids. Then she dont need to be working there at all if a child is ill. After I told her my twin’s cough is worse in night every medication over the counter is not working. One my kid was there last week still coughing bad. We made the appointment online. At time of check in the receptionist would not make a copy of my actual ID- stated I needed to do it online. At discharge she wouldn't give me a paper copy of a school note, said it was in online portal. I told her I didn't have a printer. She proceeded to tell me to email my daughters school official. Then she told me I could wait ten-15 minutes before she could print one out? I had an event to attend, had to go. I was told my child had hand foot mouth. He did NOT have hand foot mouth. I felt the whole process was very rushed and what I had to say was not taken into consideration. No test were made after I asked. I felt very frustrated. I had never had this experience at this before at this location.

Other than testing for strep which I asked for, the experts did not consider testing for other viruses. My daughter got sicker, I ended up in a different urgent care, tested for Covid, flu and mono- positive for mono. My daughter could have been diagnosed at Children’s if the professionals would have looked further past “it’s a virus, not step”.
