The dr was so friendly and talked with my kiddo like he is one of her own kids. Super sweet doc.

The only odd thing was they had no rapid flu tests. In flu season, that seems strange.

The experience was efficient. Specifically, my complaint is that the nurse stated that the dr would be in to see my son, but instead, an NP came in. It would've been nice for the nurse/MA to speak accurately.

This was my 3rd experience there. We have had Dr. Pierre every time and I love her more each time. She is very patient and kind. We never wait long as walk ins. I could not be more pleased.

We were told our daughter had an ear infection and needed antibiotics 2x daily and she never once had complained of pain. I was skeptical because she wasn’t having any symptoms and her fever broke on its own and never came back. She had never had an ear infection before, so we followed up with our pediatrician the next day and she said there was no sign of ear infection at all and the antibiotics were not necessary.
