We had to put down my sister’s 16 yr. old ESA dog this past Tuesday! I am very thankful for Dr. Ratliff and staff for being so caring and compassionate! He was very heartfelt in explaining to us the process and what would take place before administering any of the euthanasia medications! I also loved the privacy room they have for grieving families!

Dr. Ratliff is kind and cares about your animal. He's also very good at doing what's best for your animal, and will work with you and talk you through treatments. An amazing staff as well. I've taken all my animals there and the techs and Dr. Ratliff do their best to make them feel safe and secure.
Alan Williams was my vet since he came to Abilene. When he retired I trusted he would make sure all his patients had a wonderful vet. Well I sure was right. Chase Ratliff fit the bill wonderfully. I have four dogs, one being a Bostie named Wizard. Wizard has had some problems. Dr. Ratliff has operated on Wizard on two different occasions and has been wonderful.
