RecommendedAlan Williams was my vet since he came to Abilene. When he retired I trusted he would make sure all his patients had a wonderful vet. Well I sure was right. Chase Ratliff fit the bill wonderfully. I have four dogs, one being a Bostie named Wizard. Wizard has had some problems. Dr. Ratliff has operated on Wizard on two different occasions and has been wonderful. I trust his judgement and know he is a very wonderful vet. He and his staff are very friendly and caring. While we loved Dr Williams also...I have nothing but good to say about the new vet and staff. They were very helpful and nice when we brought our dog in. I really appreciated him talking to my kids and explaining what was going on. I also love getting reminders in the mail! Keep up the good work and carry on the chimney rock reputation!
We have brought our huskies here for the past three years. The doctor is very personable and friendly. I feel like he really cares about our pups and wants us to understand what is going on with them and how we can keep them as healthy as possible! Great place!

I only have great things to say about Chimney Rock. We had two fur babies, now only one. Unfortunately we lost our boxer girl, Chloe, to cancer last year. The staff went above and beyond to tend to our needs, as well as Chloe's final needs. Our little Yorkie, Xena, began her visits here last year and she loves it. She had surgery to remove a stragling baby tooth, and I found out afterwards that my worries were for nothing. I've been going to Chimney Rock for years. I was nervous when Dr. Williams sold his business. However, he couldn't have passed it along to a nicer group of people!!! You can tell they truly love animals and care about yours. They don't rush you and let you ask as many questions as you need. I recommend this clinic to everyone!!!
I heard this clinic had sold. It's fairly close to where I live so I decided to try it. The vet has been so nice and helpful. He has helped me and my animal family in several stressful situations. They could not have been nicer. He also takes care of horses. I have several. It's been nice to have someone closer. He is a kind and considerate vet to my dogs and horses. It's nice having someone local to care for my little family. His staff has been exceptional. They are friendly and helpful. Thank you guys for caring
