Young girl behind the desk was rude and we won’t be back.
We are a Dyess family stationed here and had an unfortunate experience here and when there we gave the vet a chance to remedy and do what was right multiple times, he chose not to. We took our dog here for his back issues for pricey treatments. Our dog was acting really strange and the assumption was it was his back. But as he progressively got worse we brought him back a second time in a week. The staff here could really use a lesson in ethics and professionalism.
Yes, this is the place run by people who kill wild animals that don't meet their standards. Somewhere along the line, the doctors forgot the very core of their training, which is to value all animal life. I would never take any of my animals here. Find a better trained staff that's been trained in the 21st century to care for your beloved pets and livestock. This facility might benefit from some additional training. Find an alternative, if you've got a heart.
Any vet clinic that values the life of one type of animal over another - - I would not give my money to
Kylie is a sociopath that shouldn't be allowed near animals. Willfully ignorant people that are proud to destroy wildlife and make ridiculous claims such as "it was waiting for ..." should not work in any role related to human or animal healthcare.
