Very nice from the moment you walk into the receptionist to the staff, to visiting with [name removed]. All the amenities and care would fit our father/father-in-law perfect. [Name removed] was very informative and caring and professional. The community felt very comforable.
Since September of 2016, our mother, [name removed], what's a resident at the Pacifica facility in Chino Hills. In the beginning, due to her husband's illness, they were housed in the memory care unit. After his passing, Pacifica went out of their way to relocate her to the Assisted Living unit. This move would ensure that she would receive care specifically tailored to her needs. It's beautiful here. Clean and smells nice. Decorated lovely. Staff was very friendly and kind, especially [name removed].
I am very impressed with the warmth and home-like feel here, and the staff and residents are all so friendly! (Can I move in too? :) ) The facility is just lovely, the studio room a perfect size and the courtyard is so relaxing and green. [Name removed] has been so gracious and helpful. I can truly see my father here!
