The place was phenomenal. The people there are kind and helpful. The director was kind, helpful, patient, went out of his way, and he was just fantastic . The staff were always nice, friendly, informative, and answered all of our questions. They always called us with any issues that came up. The facility itself was beautiful, the rooms and bathrooms were always clean. The food was good.

My friends and family ask me about my mom living at a facility during the COVID-19 Pandemic and I tell them that she is at the safest place possible. Management and the team members are taking every precaution to ensure her safety and the safety of the of the other residents living there. She has lived at Pacifica Senior Living for 5.5 years and I never need to worry about her care.
