The care my mother received in the 4 1/2 years here was wonderful. The staff are all caring and make sure the residents are well cared for.

We chose Pacifica at the time because a year ago it was great, they treated us wonderfully when we walked, it was clean and did not smell, it was just perfect. It was great in the beginning when we put them in here but then it started declining. I think the staff should be more attentive to the families when they come to visit. I also think that it would be helpful if they write down each residents needs when they move in so the transition can be easier on them. Mom was in the MC 4 years ago. When my dad came down with sam disease there was no question where I was placing him. Pacifica Chino Hills is the best.
