I love chipotle but this is hands down the worst location I have visited, and it continues to get worse. Don't bother even trying to go during prime dinner or lunch hours or you will wait in line for 20-30+ mins. Employees are slow and seem to have no idea how to give proper customer service. Additionally, I found the portions to be completely off; last time I waited in line I barely got any rice or chicken, but a huge spoonful of sour cream to the point where my bowl was barely edible (I said something to the employee that ... read more
Unhappy customer! First we wait 20 mins to get a table and then 30 mins to get food then I go to change my sons diaper and you don't have a diaper changing station really come on its 2014! Not a family friendly restaurant in my book. How can you think it is ok not to have a place to change a babies diaper?? So annoying!
I used to avoid this location because the lines were so slow and long. I gave it another chance and there were no forks! When my husband complained someone brought him out a huge mixing spoon to use. Really??
I have the great misfortune to have this as the closest to my house. The lines are ALWAYS really long and the staff are slower and less organized than any other store I've ever been to. Avoid if possible, meanwhile... Here I am in line outside... Again!!
Worst Chipotle location in the cities...
As is the case with most chipotles, there is always a line, out the door. I don't understand why they don't hire more people.
