Online ordering now with a 2 hour wait time! Um, I don't think you understand the point of online ordering. While you cancelled my order, I ordered online from Noodles and Co and my order was ready in 5 minutes. What a joke.
Why should we have to stand in line and wait while they do online orders. Have separate work station for them. Also they raise the price and give less portions.
So freaking slow god please get the A squad in and lose the crew on today.
Worst chipotle ever...fuck them. Never going back. How are you out of guacamole, with a line out the door, over staffed at 3pm on a Wednesday? You have failed me too many times.
Can't wrap a burrito. Very slow, stood there as two employees just stared off in the distance while my food got cold.
Honestly I don't know why I keep giving your store a second chance. There is no reason for the 30 minute wait in line, staler than stale chips and horrible guacamole. honestly I followed the recipe Chipotle put out and it was 10 times better. Do better! Hire more staff to.efficiently work on the food prep line and train them in.
Seriously poor service. We waited in line while 2 of the employees preparing food were talking to friends. One of the employees gifted his friend extra meat so a non friend customer requested some too then. I requested extra veggies for my fajita bowl and they put about 3 pieces on so I requested more. 2 more pieces went on. For a 3rd time I requested more. It was ridiculous.
