Ordered a bowl online with extra rice, cheese and chicken. I received a bowl of lettuce with a sprinkle of rice, no cheese and some chicken. What the fuck chipotle???
Someone please hire a new manager. The worst service consistently.
I like be Chipotle but this location is the worst. I've waited in line for 30 minutes the last two times I was there. I did not see a manager and staff seemed to not care. Clearly part of the problems are online orders. You need to have a separate place to do them so it doesn't hold up the line. Not sure what the problem with this location is but I doubt I'd got back,
The dirtiest and slowest Chipotle I have every been to! Maybe the employees should chat with with each other a little less and focus on the patrons and the cleanliness of the restaurant. We ended up eating out dinner in the car because even the patio was disgusting.
Poor service. Stood in line for 15 minutes because the cashier couldn't figure out how to refund a dollar for overcharging a customer. Manager came over and also struggled to figure out how to refund the customer. All while everyone's food was getting cold and waiting to pay for their food.
I didn't just pay $9.51 for half as spoon of chicken . And they look at each other when I asked for more. Also the staff was shitty .
Always a long line, slow staff, out of food, rude, badly prepared flood. I will never go here again after many chances given over the years. Get your stuff together Burnsville Chipotle! I will happily drive way out of MY way to go to another Chipotle.
Why do I continue to come to this Chipotle? No matter what time of day it is always a 30 minute ordeal to get food
First I must say that I loves Chipotles food! That being said I put my order in online and after I placed it it told me it would be ready at 8 PM...two hours from now. Obviously that's unacceptable. I tried to call the store five times and was hung up on five times. This is not a way to run a business!!!
