I’m done with this location the chips are always stale. All the staff that I have interacted with are tuned out and couldn’t careless. There’s a qdoba far to close to bother.
Love waiting in line for 15 minutes only to be told the register isn't working. Love having to walk out of a place without any food and wasting my entire lunch break. �
The people there don't care about their jobs. The cashier charge me for double meat and I didn't get double meat. Didn't give me extra cilantro like I had asked for. Asking me repeatedly what I wanted after I told him like three times because they were too busy engaging in conversations with each other. Honestly the worst chipotle in Minnesota.
I, like the masses, enjoy Chipotle. Unfortunately, this location has a lot of call in orders... But no call in food prep line. Though not the only location set up this way, I have to wonder "who" takes priority "the call in" or "the line to the door". If you cannot service both efficiently, I suggest serving the customer in the room. Consider during peak times a "hold" on call in orders. Cold food, barely anything in the bowl and SO SLOW
I tell myself every time I come here I won't be back. I got my bowl to go, drove the 7 minutes to my house. and my food is stone cold. My steak has no heat, and neither does my rice, or beans. I don't get it. Time and time again I say, "maybe next time - or this time - will be better." And it never is. The counters are always dirty, the staff barely acknowledges that you exist, and you have to ask for double of everything because they do not even give you one serving of any item. The first person on the food line spoke so quiet I could not understand what he was asking me. The food was fair, not much meat in my burrito, I've had much better at other locations. And I was extremely disappointed when I went to sit down to eat and every single empty table was dirty and the restaurant was not busy, it was approximately 2:30-3:00 in the afternoon.
