I sure love the addition of severely undercooked rice in my chicken bowl! It's pretty bad when I get home & shake everything up and I can HEAR the hard rice moving around.
I was sadly disappointed today when i stood in line for 10 minutes to find out they were all out of pepper's completely out. Since there was a main ingredient missing i would assume some form of a discount, but when i asked i was only told sorry but they don't have any pepper's and can't discount the price. Glad i have to deal with "almost" what i wanted and Chipotle made more profits on their pepper shortage.
Just what to let you know that you have piss poor service here in shakopee we whated 30 min and then when we finally got service at 5:45 pm you did not have the fajita mix no personality with your people and the Manager SUCKS we will never go back and will tell everyone we know I have been in the sevice industy for over 40 years and thats not the way you run things
The food of course is always good but this has to be the slowest restaurant I've ever been in. I wait 20-30 minutes every time yet there's a full staff of 7+ on the line. They have no sense of urgency. Not sure what every other Chipotle is doing right that this store just can't keep up but it's super frustrating and inconvenient.
The Shakopee Chipotle is the WORST one I have ever been to... How is it that they have twice as many people working and the are twice as slow as any other one I have been to??? The people working there have no idea what is going on. Where is the leadership? Why isnt the GM addressing this? It shouldnt take 25 minutes to get a burrito!
Our office just got a large order of meals and they were all very cold. Very disappointed in the Shakopee location. We were all excited for this day and had a coupon and all the meats were cold! We are just blocks from the location and there is no way they would of gotten that cold!
