Can't prepare an online order correctly to save their life. Ridiculous. I'm done with Shakopee Chipotle. �
Steak bowl would have been great, if they had only put the steak in it!
Ordered a chicken bowl for store pickup on 11/29/16 for store pickup. There was practically no food in it when I got home. Please teach your employees to make food the same as if the customer was watching them in line. Also didn't add rice.
We ordered a 5pm pick up tonight to get home to find the following: •my two kids meals were mixed up as far as ingredients go •kids quesadilla was completely burnt (wouldn't even peel from the tin foil) •my husbands burrito had NO cheese when it was ordered to have EXTRA cheese •ALL of the rice in our 4 meals was 100% undercooked- to the point where it was stuck in our teeth We are frequent customers and have never had an issue, but I gotta tell ya I'm more than a little ticked at this point. My mom just almost choked on an old, dirty, piece of Saran Wrap that was mixed into her bowl. Not only is that disgusting but it's also extremely dangerous. Plastic does not digest and can cause major health issues including death if it gets entangled with the intestines. Aside from that, I personally have never had a good experience at this location either. The food is frequently cold and the staff argues with you if you ask for extra cheese or sour cream. I used to work for Chipotle at this location. It's gone so far down hill it's not even funny all your employees are stoned outta their minds lazy extremely unclean and the portion sizes of meat and rice has gotten to that of a child's meal. Not worth 8 bucks a visit. I'll be driving the extra distance to the burnsville location from now on. It's just sad to see a store that was kicking butt to being worse quality and customer service than burger King. Not open today until 12:30 due to "scheduling issues." I'll bring my business to the busy Burnsville store from now on.
