The service was good.
The young lady knows her job and excellent customer service. When I was in line she helped an elderly lady (ahead of me) that needed instructions was outstanding. The young lady had patience to explain the elderly lady’s Choice Wireless plan.
Person in the office was wonderful, which is unlike other Navajo staff offices throughout Navajo Nation. She provides answers to my multiple questions and made my transaction smooth and accommodating. Great!

Walked in, young lady made eye contact, smiled and said,, “may I help you?” She took my ID, then she knew what I was there for, and took care of my business. Then we both said, “you have a nice day” at the same time. We must have been on the same “wavelength”. First time I had a frustration-free visit.
