It did not take that long…no problems…
Representatives at office need to be conscious of how many people are waiting in line. My observation was that they were taking 20 minutes or more for each customer. When technician installed Cat 5? underground cable, he installed cable with only 5 inches of cover. Code requires 8 inches minimum of cover. My dog easily dug up cable and chewed on it, damaging outer jacket. Internet still works. I had to pay $50 so another technician can come out and replace damaged cable. I’m still waiting, now on my 3rd week.
