Three (3) of your employees just put us on hold never came back to us, one of them told us to unplug the router for 15 min and will call back in 15 min but never called back. I was upset and said why doesn’t she say she doesn’t want to help us and l know their tired of us calling every day or every other day
Choice Wireless Agent don't let customer know on recertify servo date prior by leaving us a message on cellphone voicemail or by our email only by call some families don't have good service on their phones and check messages or emails unfortunately I am one of those customers and didn't get my notification prior and had my Internet turned off and went to recertify now being told it's going to take about a week before it's processed that's not not not good service 👎

Customer service wasn’t good no smile didn’t explain anything at all 🤦🏻♀️ I still went with installing broadband though because my kids need it for school
