The VanDyk Mortgage team assigned to help me with my loan was responsive and informative every step of the way. The online portal that allowed me to quickly and efficiently upload and sign off on needed documents really made this process simple. Throughout key milestones of the process, VanDyk Mortgage would provide very brief educational videos explaining what step we were completing and what to expect next, keeping me very informed throughout the process. When it came time to finally close,
Chris and the team were very knowledgeable, responsive, and friendly throughout the entire transaction. They did everything the way it should be done and helped guide us through the process. Service is what makes a mortgage company stand out and they provided it expertly.

All of the staff at VanDyke Mortgage were very helpful and very knowledgeable during the process. It was more documentation required then I had realized but, Cheryl Korson kept me on track to ensure I provided everything that was necessary. Chris also made sure I received the best VA rate out there. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
