The online portal that allowed me to quickly and efficiently upload and sign off on needed documents really made this process simple. Throughout key milestones of the process, VanDyk Mortgage would provide very brief educational videos explaining what step we were completing and what to expect next, keeping me very informed throughout the process. When it came time to finally close,
Chris and the team were very knowledgeable, responsive, and friendly throughout the entire transaction. They did everything the way it should be done and helped guide us through the process. Service is what makes a mortgage company stand out and they provided it expertly.
