The whole process was very smooth and Chris was always on top of everything. Very quick to respond and answered all of our questions! He made recommendations and walked us through each step of the refinance , just as he did when we got our original loan. Even when we had a little hiccup at the end with signing papers , Chris was quick to correct the problem and made sure the schedule worked for us. The DocUsign made everything very easy as well! We can't thank him enough!
