I was the seller’s agent and the buyer was unable to secure funding. My seller would have been in a very bad situation if it was not for Chris. Not only was he able to get the buyer qualified he was also able to achieve it within the time frame of the initial contract agreement!!!! Talk about awesome!!!!

I got a call from Chris's secretary; I explained that I already had a lender and that my rate was pretty good. He told me he would beat it, and hit me with $0 in lending fees. I was hesitant, because it sounded too good to be true. Eventually he gave me a lending estimate and it was amazing. He was with me every step of the way explaining and reassuring me. 10/10 customer service and 10/10 overall product I will be telling everyone I know that he is the best in the area! 5 gold stars, easy.
