Chris worked exceptionally hard to get the client to settlement. There were errors made by other parties in the transaction that were not associated with Chris or VanDyk but Chris took control and resolved all of them for the client. He didn't complain, he just got everyone the results we needed. As the broker of record for my company, we have added Chris and VanDyk mortgage to our approved lenders list and will be giving that list to all buyers from here forward. I highly recommend Chris.
Chris showed my wife and I he knows his job to the highest as Della was dropping the ball with a lot of papper work and issues that were not taken care of but Chris picked up Della mess and made sure things got done.
