My experience with the VanDyke team was absolutely amazing. They absolutely know what they are doing and make sure you become fully knowledgeable of the process as well. Every step of the way they would send videos explaining what was happening and made sure I knew they were available for any questions or concerns. Got a great rate and communication was always quick especially when we needed it most during the offer process. The lender seemed to want a ridiculous amount of redundant information and all in the final hours which would have been very stressful if not for the knowledge that Chris was at the helm and getting things done to close the deal.
Chris Kenworthy was awesome through the whole process at times I felt like giving up but Chris kept on rolling like it was no big deal and got us to closing. I will recommend him to my friends and family.
