My wife and I went through hell with our last mortgage, as they had us jumping through new hoops everyday and causing unnecessary delays. When the new lender on our refinance appeared to be playing those same games, we got a little nervous. I contacted Christa, explained the situation and she made everything go smoothly. Christa is great at her job, professional, and personable! She helped us with our initial home purchase and a refinance, both of which went very smoothly.
