She was always available to answer any questions quickly via text or call, or to take time out of her busy day to meet with me. She made this process so seamless, and easy to understand. Christa was great. Christa and her team were very helpful throughout the entire process. We started working with Christa about a year before we were actually ready to buy. The team had a quick response rate, even on the weekends. We did not close on time however it was out of their control. The appraiser turned in the paperwork 5 days late which pushed us into a holiday weekend which pushed the date out. We closed 5 days late. Christa and her team worked very hard to get us in as fast as they could despite that issue.
