Christa and her team were amazing from the first contact until close. As first time home buyers we didn't know all that was entailed with the lending process and from first meeting until close was about a month. Didn't think it was going to be possible with all the hurdles we had to go through (none of which her fault). But we did it! All because of her team fighting for us and guiding us along the way. Couldn't say better things about capstone home loans!

As first-time home buyers, the idea of taking out a mortgage was daunting at first, but Christa from Capstone walked us through the whole process from the initial loan application to closing on a house. We felt that she was extremely patient, transparent, and professional about the whole process. Her team was extremely communicative and worked with us as individuals to find out what type of loan would work best for us, and they were with us every step of the way. Everyone I came in contact with at Capstone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Christa in particular, as well as Josh, answered every tedious question I had along the way! The weekly status e-mail was a nice touch as well. she and her entire staff are right on the ball. I was kept informed regularly, everything was explained to my satisfaction. Everything needed was scheduled in a timely and efficient manner. They were never to busy to accept my calls if I had questions.
