I had a good feeling about working with Chris when I first approached him regarding a rental property refinance. He was very direct on the phone and we almost immediately went into a detailed discussion in which he explained to me the steps, requirements and complexities involved in applying for one. Since then, I also found him very knowledgeable and competent at what he does.
Chris recently helped my sister with a complicated refinance of her investment property. I assisted by submitting all the necessary documentation online, and dealt with him on this transaction.
