Chris is just the best! I highly recommend him to anyone, I've worked with him on 5 mortgage loans (every time, either buying a house or refinancing) - I would never work with anyone else, he is patient, thorough, meticulous, and he truly does work for us and not the bank. Chris handled my most recent re-finance as well as the one before that. Even for the most qualified applicants, the lending bank will make the loan process quite difficult. It is so important to have a broker that is knowledgeable about the processes and has good working relationships with the lenders. Chris has taken excellent care of my needs and is ALWAYS available to answer my questions or address my concerns. I appreciate everything he has done for me, Chris is a true professional.

Chris was able to get me through a very difficult re-financing. I had credit issues in the past and had a private lender that was hard to contact to determine the pay off. Chris kept me informed throughout the process and assisted me in acquiring the necessary documentation. I would recommend Chris due to his knowledge, work ethic , and his motto regarding working for you and not the lender is for real.
