Chris rescued us from a lender whose representative seemed to be unable to adequately guide us through the process, gave misleading rates & costs and delays to the point that the seller started looking for a different buyer. Finding Chris & APM streamlined the entire loan process while also keeping us informed as to where we were, what was needed; basically communicating everything clearly & explaining esigning to non technical borrower. We would use him again!
