Tony is an excellent realtor. He communicated often and provided updates. He gave me all the information I needed to make decisions throughout the process. He seemed to have a firm understanding of what we wanted out of the process and was a great advocate for those desires. Tony works well with other realtors and was able to help us bridge some gaps. I would definitely recommend Tony, no matter the experience level of the buyer/seller.

Unfortunately, we did not have a positive experience working with Amber. Throughout the process, communication was inconsistent. We often felt that our questions were met with limited responsiveness, and it sometimes seemed like we were inconveniencing her by asking for updates. Because we had moved out of state, Amber told us she would periodically check on our vacant home. I would not recommend their services. Their response time was significantly delayed, and even after attempting to speak with the manager—who assured us we could have a discussion on Tuesday—we never received a call. It was only after sending a follow-up email and phone calls ( text message included on n this too) that we finally received a response. Unfortunately, Bruce was asked to submit an offer for me to get me to the table on a property. Bruce failed to submit the offer for because "Based upon your contingencies, the offer would not have been accepted". So he didn't submit my offer, didn't follow up with the seller, or follow up with me. This was his response only after I called him. As a result the seller's agent never saw my cash offer, and the property is now pending. I was very disappointed with Bruce and his performance as a realtor.
