Wonderful agent to work with. Extremely responsive day or night. Really took the time to find out my family's needs in a home and best options in selling my current house . Was able to sell my home quickly and got my family into the perfect house for us! Will definitely use Mrs.Lawson if and when we decide to upgrade.
I don’t do reviews often but I really enjoyed touring my dream home with Zakia. She was early, responsive and very sweet. I am looking forward to closing on this home ASAP and I couldn’t thank her enough for being patient (and answering my 9001 questions), as this may be my first home. Thank you so much! Jamie was amazing at helping me find a home. A real go getter! She was always available and able to assist with my relocation. Great knowledge of Columbia and surrounding cities/towns. Able to do video walk throughs and email/chat.
Contacted Zillow and Jennifer was my first contact with the company. She listened to what I wanted and also told me about the property I was calling about. Doing a virtual walk through of one property tomorrow which she set up to work around my time. I look forward to doing business with her.
Zakia went out of her way to facetime with us at an open house. She even went down to the basement and up in the attic! She was extremely professional and nice to work with. I would recommend using Zakia in any real estate transaction!

I couldn't rate her on process expertise or negotiation skills as once I saw the property, it was not one for me. Shakira was extremely responsive, very courteous, and willing to do what it would take. However, as I said, the particular property I found had her join me at, was not something to meet my needs once we got to actually see it. Still, I can't say enough about her attitude, courtesy, and super fast response.
