Rosa was amazing. Have never had someone look into things and get back to us so quickly. She negotiated for us and made sure that things that were promised by the seller were done before closing. An overall amazing person. Will use her again.
James was easy to work with. His communication skills are outstanding. Very responsive and reached out to us when new properties came about. Our search changed direction to another part of the country (AZ). He was very understanding of our situation. James also knew we were having difficulty selling our home and made a referral for a new listing agent in NC. The new agent worked out well and our home sold immediately. We highly recommend working with James.
