Kayce was & continues to be great!! I was working with an agent arranged by Zillow but I felt loyal to an agent in Charleston whom I had been working with for a year, Macie McKenna. Macie got me in touch with Kayce. Although I had previously seen the property, Kayce arrived before me, had the lights on, etc making the home look even more attractive. Marvele was amazing and dedicated. She really took time and stood by us while we waited patiently for the right home. When we finally did find the perfect home, she kept us in the loop with the entire process and totally kept us feeling calm during a really nervous time. I would recommend her to anyone new to the buying process.

Diane was very engaged from the moment we let her know we were in the market to purchase. She assisted with finding the ideal property based on the parameters we provided. She worked late to submit our offer and provided constructive suggestions for negotiations. Once the offer was accepted she was always proactive on upcoming deadlines for inspections etc. She is professional but not stuffy. She has a background in mortgage lending as well, which helps to avoid a lot of hassle down the line! She makes the process fun!
