Katerine was fantastic. It is hard to trust someone that you don't know. I know that is part of the deal with realtors but Katerine will earn your trust. She is hard working. She is good at communicating, and does a good job of involving you in decision making. She is smart, and truely works hard to make you happy. She has a lot of contacts and she works really quickly.

Marcia was extremely knowledgeable, intuitive and responsive. In total we toured approximately five homes before deciding on making an offer. James Hall did a phenomenal job! His inspector contacts are superb! Would lost $150,000 on a fixer upper that was about to collapse and couldn’t be restored. He gives prompt replies to questions and follows up on short time frames about look ups. Navy Federal’s loan officer annoyed all inquires from myself and from the closing attorney and pulled financial backing without any explanation as to why causing me to lose a home that had already accepted my offer. James is a dedicated and hardworking realtor. He listens to your wants and needs and makes them happen for you as either the buyer or the seller. He was the realtor we used when purchasing our home in 2019, and he did such an amazing job getting us the most for our money. We decided to use him again in 2023 when selling the house, and boy did it PAY OFF! Wow! James got us almost $15,000 more than we thought we would get! He is the best and makes the process an absolute breeze!
