This gym is amazing! From the front desk to the class instructors!! Dara is the best cycling instructor she makes it fun while she pushes us to believe in what we can do. She is the reason i love going to cycling classes. I accidentally dropped my water and Julian in the front desk was so kind when he came to clean ip my mess. He did it with a smile and went above and beyond to replace the towel I to try to clean up my mess. Great Job Chuze in hiring these amazing individuals!!

He answered all my questions, made me feel welcome, and provided outstanding service. His professionalism and character are the main reasons I decided to purchase a membership. I've had quite a few gym memberships throughout the years, from LA Fitness, Planet Fitness, EOS, to some private gyms. I've always felt like they were either too crowded or the staff wasn't as friendly as the company portrays them to be, so there is a hesitancy to ask them for, let's say, paper towels if you happen to tip over your pre-workout bottle during a set, which has definitely happened to me more than once. I frequent this gym sometimes with my boyfriend. I love the spaciousness & variety of machines offered here, but I hate that it smells like chlorine (or some other pungent smell) at the entrance and in the bathrooms. Without this smell, I'd give it a 4 to 4.5 stars. For equipment that I need, it is generally free but sometimes you have to wait to get a specific machine. This is a nice gym. It is spacious and clean. It is crowded in the evening like most places are but it has enough equipment so you are not waiting long

Great atmosphere good vibes and equipment. The price seemed fair for my plan. They gave me a month free even after my free 7 day trial. I love this place and have lost 30 pounds in two months.

Hugh, Daphne & Chester Team members at city Anaheim Always smiling, I notice always courteous when it's questions with gym members. Smiling even when vacuuming, cleaning Bathroom & making smoothies.
