Chuze Fitness is a franchise fitness club. They have modern amenities and machines. In addition, their monthly plans were affordable and reasonable. Staff were cordial and professional. They sell some merch and protein shakes. Parking lot is huge. Overall, it's nice gym to stay in shape and stay fit.

I signed up to this Chuze Fitness because I saw they had a kids club! As a new mom, I felt my body grind weaker everyday, and finding this option of gym with childcare made me so so happy. So far I've tried out their Kids Club for my son, and classes I've tried are the Aqua fit, mat Pilates, and the power yoga classes. All the instructors are very enthusiastic, they have great leading style, and seem to know their students well. I checked out a second Chuze location today. This gym is much larger than my home gym and has some great perks--like a smoothie bar, Team Training classes, and a wide range of machines and weights. It's also less crowded than the Garden Grove location, which makes it feel more spacious. Team Training is not included with the Premium membership, but members can pay extra or upgrade if interested. The format is similar to Orangetheory--coach-led with a mix of strength and cardio. This gym is generally good, but it's been happening too many times where the sauna is closed past when it was said it would be on the sign. If you're not gonna clean it, why turn it off? When I have to use the sauna, I noticed that the sauna doors do not close on their own, so when people come in they leave it open thinking that the doors will close and they usually are not in a rush to close the doors. Always friendly and clean. I love Chuze! :) definitely the best gym in the area. I've never had any issues here. Parking can sometimes be difficult around 4-7pm so if you have a class I would get there early.

Great gym! Great staff! Its clean every time I've been there. I just have one complaint... Please go back to your 24hr format. It's always busy. Times have changed and now people are in the gym all day long. Parking is a little frustrating. Other than that I look forward to a great workout. I just have to wait an hour for it to open....

Honestly probably one of the best commercial gyms in OC. It is very clean and a cool vibe with a bunch of yellow and black aesthetics. They have a fantastic juice bar that has delicious protein shakes. The gym itself has all the equipment you need! This is where I have been going for the last couple of years. I like how I am greeted each time I arrive. Whenever I have a question they are happy to help also. . I especially like how clean this place is, the bathrooms too. It is not smelly like some gyms I've gone to. I never feel out of place here that motivates me to keep coming back.
