The facility is nice enough, but the manager, Valerie, is probably the worst manager of any place I have ever been. She has no people skills and is extremely confrontational for no reason. I am planning to cancel my membership because she is horrible to deal with. If I were the owner of this gym I would seriously consider firing Valerie asap and hiring someone who seems like they are grateful for the job and can talk to people like they are actually people. If you go, avoid her at all costs, seriously.

I agree with the quoted review of mehhhhhh, I'm a member, and I get to laugh at the people around me. I've watched a fellow member workout as hard as her bf told her to, only to be puking her guts out in the parking lot. Seems to me a bunch of obsessive people to there. And the other review saying slimy people go to planet fitness is fuckery. I know your little perfect world and it doesn't exist. I wish there were later classes for working people. Decent gym. Decent prices but the wireless sucks. Also sometimes some treadmills do not work.

I had a membership at Bailey's and by the time I got out of there they had screwed my contract completely up. I was on the phone dealing with the Jax, Fl corporate office, and they finally were able to straighten out some of my contract issues. I was so glad when I finally was able to cancel, and call it quits. I was so discouraged I never wanted to work out there, my ambition went out the window. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid.

Totally disappointed.... I am no longer in Gainesville so for me to attend this gym it is 35 mile drive, so I tried to cancel it but they will not approve my cancelation, they told me when I joined that cancelation is no problem you can cancel anytime like Charles D. said they are a bunch of crooks

Simply a bunch of crooks and scam artists, a despicable bunch who are happy to lie about your contract and the services offered. Never, ever accept anything said by a member of the staff--most notably the manager. It's a rotten place, and we were only members for a week.

a very crooked company,be very careful when ending your contract these people don't care if you sighed a cancellation notice, they will continue to take money from your account. i have had to go as far as changing my bank account number to stop them from robbing me!

Full of muscle heads thats seem to put on 30 lbs of muscle in a few months, hmmmmm reallly how do they do that. Bailey's also tries to get you to do personal training and lock you into long term expensive contracts on that, thus ensuring you are broke, and locked in someway.
