I'm giving Chuze Fitness Baseline a good review.Because attending Zumba class is so effective. I lost 10 lbs. It works!

This Chuze location is very spacious and has lots of equipment, but my goodness does this location get crowded, to top it off, no one puts anything away. The gym is overall clean from the times I've been, the service has been good, if you don't mind bumping shoulders and looking for weights, it's still a good gym.

I have liked this gym primarily. But I will say the maintenance is horrible. So many machines with fix it signs. The hole in the ceiling with everything blocked off has been a month. You need a weekend maintenance person. This is crazy. Only 2 massage chairs working. Come on this is a money making machine, always packed. Cinema out this weekend, tvs in massage room out. Please step it up

After being disappointed with the state of 24 Rialto, I drove down to chuze. The difference is night and day. The gym is spotless, equipment is clean and well-maintained, and you can actually tell the staff cares about keeping it that way. Every area -- from the workout floor to the locker rooms -- feels organized and fresh. The atmosphere is positive and welcoming, and the staff are friendly without being overbearing. Dear Chuze, my review use to be 5. However I'm thankful for all the amenities (clean and maintained) you provide and and the GREAT instructors in the club on a positive. On a negative (not my first time bringing this up) the saunas have been hit or miss with men and women scrolling and listening to inappropriate material and or music. It feels unsafe. So I leave. Ive been going to this location for a while, most of their cardio equipment have "pulled a hammy"for a few months now. This is a bit annoying due to times of rush hours... I do hope they do something about it soon because GOLDs is starting to sound like a nice idea. COULD BE BETTER

Love coming here! A lot of equipment and amenities. You get a lot for the price of the membership. Staff is friendly. Only complaint is that they clean the studio in the middle of the day and don't reopen it. I even asked if they open it back up after cleaning, was told 10 minutes so I did some cardio while I waited. 30 minutes passed and still wasn't unlocked. Hello, I have been going here for a few months. I absolutely did love it. but I live in Phelan and unfortunately, they do not have one up in the high desert or anywhere else except down the hill so it gets very exhausting to be paying for a membership when I can only go down there at least once or twice a week. It was me and my family members total five that was with this gym, but unfortunately, we had to cancel all 5 of our membership because the commute is just way too much. For starters Sabino is very engaging, the whole team here are awesome. I'm a senior and have some issues with my back so the Hydromassage is really amazing. Shout out to Arlene, Ceaser, Nicky,, Michel, and Tyler. I had a little trouble with my gold chain and cross from my momI came in and asked if anyone turned it in, Yes so I got it back. Sabino is really great and his team around him are great!
