I love the classes at Chuze Fitness. The environment is awesome. The instructors are the best!! I love Ronnie's and Lucy's Zumba classes. I also love Autumn's Bodypump class.
Business response:
Hi Wendy, Thank you for your updated review! We are so happy to see you are enjoying our fitness classes taught by Ronnie, Lucy, and Autumn! Kindly, Chuze Fitness
I love this gym! Chuze is always clean and the machines always work well unlike other gyms. The staff is very friendly and kind, specially Serena! Serena always goes above and beyond to answer my questions or help me with anything I need. It's a bummer that where I just moved to there is no Chuze Fitness. Please consider opening a Chuze gym in Chino, CA or Chino Hills. This location (13021 Peyton Dr Chino Hills, CA 91709 located in the Crossroads Marketplace) is perfect for a Chuze and the community would greatly benefit fr... read more

The staff is always amazing. The equipment is always in the right spots. There has never been a sauna that stays broken for more then 2 days. This overall is an amazing gym!

I unfortunately had to cancel my membership due to moving out the area. The instructors are great, always clean, and overall the staff is great. Also, I had the smoothest cancellation with the help of Jen and Brice!
Business response:

We are thrilled that Jen and Brice were able to assist you quickly and easily. We wish you the very best and hope to see you again one day! Kindly, Chuze Fitness

This gym is great! However I have noticed a decline in the cleanliness of the gym. I understand that there is construction going on in the women's bathroom but there is no reason a shower that is away from the construction should be this dirty.
Business response:
Thank you for the review, Elia. We are so glad you are enjoying the facility, but we are sorry for any lack of cleanliness you experienced during your recent visit. We will be sure to follow up with the onsite leadership team so that this can be addressed. Thank you again for the review and for bringing this to our attention. We look forward to seeing you again soon! Kindly, Chuze Fitness
it's a standard decent gym. a bit overcrowded but manageable. limited machine selection but lots of free space.

Still the cleanest gym in Fontana. They keep this place clean like it's their own home. Machines are always clean and working. Hard to say that about other local gyms. I love it here so much!
